Manila Women's Forum
A cross cultural network for women, providing opportunities to build friendships, share information about resources, talk with women of various cultures and professions. The meetings are intended to provide intellectual stimulation which will lead to personal and professional development. Many members are expatriate women who would like to work, others are expatriate women professionals. MWF has provided a venue for many expatriate women whose wings have been clipped for a time to find new wings in the Philippines. EVA - Entrepreneur Volunteer Assistance
When Mount Pinatubo erupted in 1991 the homes and way of life of the Aeta tribe was destroyed. EVA was founded to help build a new foundation for the communities and families through a range of training and loan programs, educational scholarships, adult literacy and livelihood projects. EVA makes a beautiful range of handicraft, largely from the ash of Mount Pinatubo. Staffed mainly by expatriate volunteers the members assemble orders, exchange ideas, discuss projects and have fun. EVA's work is deemed so valuable that member, Jennifer Wallum, was awarded the MBE for her work.

International Connections of Houston
This non-profit organisation serving as a network for forming new friendships through activities and discussion groups. It invites its members to share their global experiences. If you are living in the United States for the first time or have repatriated to the United States after living abroad, and you desire to connect with others who have had similar experiences, ICH will help you. ICH will also provide opportunities to get to know Houston, its history, culture, and environment. The group meets on the third Thursday of every month, and welcomes new members throughout the year.
